Grand Istana Rama is really such a fantastic hotel!!! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to provide great service and the rooms are so clean and so affordable! We loved the free cooking class and the restaurants staff who were always friendly and lovely to talk to. We also loved the location of the hotel as it was in walking distance to virtually everything!! Me and my partner have felt really valued as customers in this hotel and will defianlty come back!! A special thank you to Yuan, one of the beauty therapist at the hotel for being so sweet and also thanks to the staff at the travel agency who went and got our photo from a cruise which we forgot on the boat! For our first time in Bali this hotel and its staff have been truly amazing!!!!!
